Cookie policy

This site uses cookies and browser storage. Necessary storage (cart, checkout, language and remembering your choice) is exempt from consent because it is essential to the service you asked for (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). Google Analytics 4 loads only if you press Accept on the banner. We do not use advertising or social-media cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

The first time you visit you will see a notice with three equal options: Accept, Reject and Cookie settings. It stays until you choose. You can use the site (including the cart and checkout) if you reject analytics cookies.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. Turning analytics off deletes the _ga cookies and stops Google Analytics from loading.

cc_cookie (first-party cookie, 6 months): stores whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we do not ask on every visit.

atiarte.locale (first-party cookie, 1 year): remembers the language you chose, so the next visit does not send you back to the browser language.

atiarte.cart.v1 (local storage): keeps the pieces and quantities in your cart. It stays until you empty the cart, complete the order or clear your browser data.

atiarte.terms (session storage): remembers that you accepted the terms of sale during the current purchase. It is deleted when you close the tab.

atiarte-intro (session storage): stops the intro animation repeating in this tab. It is deleted when you close the tab.

None of these contain payment data, and all are exempt from consent because they are essential to provide the service or to remember your choice (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).

If you press Accept, we load Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC (United States). The script is not downloaded until then. Google processes the data as a processor; the transfer to the United States relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Decision (EU) 2023/1795). Details are in the privacy policy.

_ga (first-party cookie read by Google, 2 years): distinguishes visitors with a random identifier (Client ID).

_ga_* (first-party cookie read by Google, 2 years): keeps the measurement session state.

_gid (first-party cookie read by Google, 24 hours): distinguishes visitors in the short term, if Google sets it.

We do not enable Google Signals, advertising features or a user identifier. We do not use this data to show you ads.

The payment form is provided by Stripe and loads only on the payment page. Stripe sets technical and fraud-prevention cookies that are necessary to process the payment securely. Details are in Stripe’s cookie policy.

For analytics, use “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also delete cookies and storage from your browser’s privacy settings. If you clear the cart or this site’s data, you will lose the pieces you had saved.
